Our Refrigerated container is designed to transport with temperature (+15 °C to -25 °C) for all perishable foods on all type of vehicle such as small, mini truck & heavy loading truck.

Aluminium Steel Composite PUF Insulated Refrigerated Container Body Specification:

  • GRP Sandwich Floor with MS/Stainless Steel profiles for the base peripheral members.
  • The Base bottom skin is 2 mm (min) thick GRP joint less sheets and top skin with Marine grade plywood.
  • The base structure is made out of Rolled Hollow sections for both transverse and longitudinal members.
  • All other container structural are of MS press formed section, shot blasted and primer coated to protect from rust and corrosion.
  • The side panels are made out of MS press formed and shot blasted sections fully welded construction. Alternatively interlocking type Aluminium extruded flat sections (Water proof interlocking design) are also used for side panels.
  • Container Roof with MS press formed sections, shot blasted and painted and additionally coated with 3mm FRP laminate.
  • All six sides of the container are insulated with 100 mm/125 mm thick Polyurethane foam having thermal conductivity of 0.017W/mK allnd density in the range of 40-42 Kg/m3.
  • Container interior is panelled with SS 202/304,Alumunium sheets bonded to plywood and all joints adequately sealed with SS/Alu flat sections (riveted construction).
  • The floor interior with SS/Alu corrugated sheets,TIG welded and laid in the form of water proof tray.
  • GRP sandwich container type rear door having SS/Alu interior and GRP exterior finish. The doors will have blowfish type door locking gears and composite door seals. The strip curtains are optional.
  • The Reefer truck is integrated with the chassis with the help of a sub frame and cup and cleat locking arrangements.
  • The Reefer plants of any internationally reputed make can be fitted as per OEM requirements.

Last Mile Distribution Refrigerated And Insulated Containers Specification:

  • GRP sandwich panel base construction using top grade GRP sheet panel make LAMINUX(Germany).
  • The subframe is of light-weight design and made of MS(Powder-coated) materials and fitted to the base structure with twist bolts and nuts.
  • The base bottom skin is of 1.60mm(min) thick GRP joint fewer sheets and the top skin with marine-grade plywood
  • The side panels, end panel and Roof shall be made out of interlocking type lightweight extruded Aluminium panels (waterproof construction).
  • The roof is additionally coated with FRP laminate to make it totally waterproof.
  • All six sides are insulated with 80mm /100mm thick polyurethane foam having thermal conductivity of 0.017W/m Deg K and density in the range of 40-42 Kg/Cu M.
  • Container interior is panelled with SS(Food Grade) sheets bonded to plywood and all joints are adequately sealed with SS sections (riveted construction).
  • The floor interior will be with SS (FG) sheets TIG welded and laid in the form of a Water Proof tray. The container interior is designed for routine water/steam washing.
  • The Container will be provided with a double leaf hinged door at the rear. Each door panel will be of sandwich panel construction with SS sheets for both inside & outside.
  • All door hardware like hinges, hinge brackets and Door locking hardware shall be of SS materials( polish finish). the above design will be 35 to 40% lighter compared to the conventional steel containers.
  • The Container interior will have a flush type, high luminous LED lights and the exterior indicator lights also will be of LED type.

GRP sandwich panel insulated container body Specification:

  • All six sides of the container is of sandwich panel construction and the superstructure is fully rust and corrosion proof.
  • The Base bottom skin is 1.5 mm/2 mm (min) TK, GRP joint less sheets and top skin with Marine grade composite plywood with top PU varnish coat.
  • The base structure is made out of Rolled Hollow sections for both transverse and longitudinal members.
  • The sidewalls, end wall, door panels and roof of the container are of sandwich panels with GRP joint less sheets (1 .6mm thick minimum) for both inner and outer skin. All sandwich panels are insulated with 40mm (min) thick polyurethane foam having thermal conductivity of 0.017W/mK and density in the range of 40-42kg/m3.
  • All panel joineries are of welded construction at both inside and outside of the joints.
  • All external panel joints are adequately camouflaged with extruded Aluminium profile.
  • The container rear door can be fully opened through 270 degree and kept locked in the open position.
  • GRP sandwich panel container is integrated with the chassis with the help of a sub frame, cup and cleat arrangements.
  • The container Roof joints are sealed with waterproof FRP laminates.
